Kris Fade, a well-known radio host, entrepreneur, and father of three, foundedFade Fit in 2018after embarking on his own health transformation.
“Fade Fit” was originally a personal mantra Kris used during his own fitness journey - a symbol of commitment to becoming healthier and stronger. As he began creating nutritious snacks for his daughters, Zarah and Kikki, the name naturally carried over. What started as a mindset became a movement - Fade Fit, the brand, was born.
